A fresh start to tackling youth crime: a briefing for Police and Crime Commissioners

This publication draws on the findings of the Independent Commission on Youth Crime and Antisocial Behaviour, hosted by the Police Foundation. It describes how Police and Crime Commissioners can work with police forces and their partners in local government and the youth justice system to apply the principles outlined in the Youth Crime Commission’s final report, enabling them to take cost-effective, local action to reduce antisocial behaviour and young people’s involvement in crime.
